David B. Kurz, Ed.D.

Dr. Kurz is a Sr. Fellow for the Digital Supply Chain Institute. He is an expert on organizational learning and leadership development. His research and practice focus on improving collaborative performance enabling effective strategy execution. Dr. Kurz advises global organizations such as Coca-Cola, J&J, Colgate Palmolive, General Mills and Mastercard on innovative learning and leadership development strategies. Dr. Kurz has over 27 years of experience working with Fortune-class global companies in operations, strategy, and talent development.

Dr. Kurz currently holds a faculty appointment as a clinical professor in the management department of Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, where he is a leader in developing the school’s capabilities in experiential learning. Additionally, he lectures at the University of Pennsylvania, has led experiential programs for Wharton Executive Education.

Dr. Kurz has served as a Principal and Vice President of Learning Design for the critically recognized education and strategy firm CorpU. He has been a Principal Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Accenture. He is the co-author of the recently released book Digital Supply Chain Leadership; Reshaping Talent and Organizations published by Routledge.

Dr. Kurz holds Masters and Doctoral degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.
