Monica Pierce is a Senior Director in Global Operations Strategy responsible for Planning Digital Transformation. Monica is delivering critical programs to transform the global end-to-end demand planning organization. The team is responsible for designing and implementing the planning process of the future and are in the process of deploying tools and capabilities over the next 5 quarters.

Prior to rejoining Dell in 2018, Monica Pierce was the Vice President of Logistics and Network Design at Schneider Electric responsible for Network and Inventory Optimization and developing operational processes that enable global logistics flows. Monica established a governance process to approve new global flows, created and implemented a global broker rationalization strategy and piloted global trade platform enabling visibility and ensuring customs compliance. Establishing a clear and aligned governance process for Global Flows, Customs and Compliance enabled Schneider Electric to execute and migrate to the next stage of their transformation.

Before joining Schneider Electric, Monica served as the Director of Global Trade and Compliance at Dell, Inc., and was responsible for ensuring global compliance with import and export regulations across 27 countries. In her 15 years at Dell, Monica held multiple leadership positions in Software Engineering and Supply Chain Operations and spent 3 years leading a cross functional software engineering organization in Shanghai, China.

Monica graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and obtained an Executive Masters of Business Administration Degree from Baylor University.
