Decisions are being made by suppliers right now and some of their customers are receiving higher priority than others. We will discuss steps that you can take right now to ensure that you get the highest priority from your suppliers and are confident that you will receive the right volume and the right price for supplied products and components. Furthermore, companies need to outline a plan for improving the supplier network over the next three years such that disruption risk is minimized and costs are kept low. Companies will provide the specifics of what they are doing and what they plan to do moving ahead.

We will always cover the implications for operational leadership, customer leadership and the impact on cost, cash flow, revenue, and profitability. We all have the same goals in common; keep the business going, overcome the crisis in the best possible way, and restart our growth trajectory as soon as possible!
